Challenge Success Learning Project (AKA Parent Book Club) - begins today, Monday, December 10th, 7:00 - 8:30 in the LRC - PTA’s first book is The Price of Privilege by Madeline Levine. We'll read the book together and meet monthly to share our insights, strategies, and challenges together....together, we'll create our own movement! Flyer

The Let’s Make Pawgress club is holding a donation drive for the OC Humane Society animal shelter. Flyers are posted around school so please look for them. The drop off for items is in the SRC. 

The E-Sports club will be hosting a Super Smash Bros Ultimate tournament. Matches start Wednesday, December 12. Signups are available until December 10 in room 329.

There is volunteering available at NMUSD & OC Parks' Silent Night at Heritage Hill on December 14th from 4:30-8:00pm. Silent Night is a quiet holiday event geared toward children with autism and their families. Volunteers will work at various stations and help their community by doing so. There is a sign up sheet outside of room 266 for any interested volunteers.

The second annual Unified Sea Kings Basketball game is just around the corner. There will be a practice for all interested players at lunch today in the gym. As always, this inclusive event is open to all middle school and high school students. Hope to see you and your friends there!

There is only one week left to get free college application and essay help through our College Assistance nights. Make sure to come by the SRC Monday December 10th and Wednesday December 12th anytime between 3:30-7:30pm to meet with a counselor or English teacher and get your questions answered. Last day will be Wednesday, December 12th, so come on by!

Corona Del Mar High School Drama showcase , "A Piece of Me", is on December 12th and 13th at 7pm in the Sea King Theater. Drama levels  2,3,4 will be performing. Admission is $5 cash at the door.

Yearbook has extended the Baby Ad deadline. There is limited space available and are opening the submission on a first come, first serve basis. Once the pages are full, they will no longer accept submissions. The instructions can be found on Miss Jones' website.

ASB has posted fliers around the school that provide resources for helping those that were affected by the California fires. If you would like to help, there are several nonprofit charities listed that are accepting donations, every penny helps! 

Our boys varsity wrestling team competed in the Mater Dei Invitational this weekend.  Our team did great with every member of our team earning at least 1 victory.  Our individual standouts on the day were all sophomores.  Wrestling hard and winning 3rd place were boys Eric R, Danny R, and Emilio F; with Aiden N winning 5th place.  The wrestling team competes in the District Championships this Tuesday at CDM. Come and show some spirit and cheer on your Sea King wrestlers at 3pm.
