Important Course Request Change Procedures

Step #1: Check student courses in Aeries portal

Aeries Course Request Change Procedures (follow this link for step by step instructions)

If your courses look correct, no further action is required.
If any changes need to be made to your courses, go to step #2

Step #2: You must go to this Google form link to fill out the course request change form:

The online forms will be accepted between Friday, May 24th - Friday, May 31st at 3:00 P.M.
Only one course request form will be accepted per student. No changes will be accepted from emails, voicemails, or in person.
The deadline is Friday, May 31st at 3:00 P.M. No late forms will be accepted, no exceptions!

How to Print Your Unofficial Transcript Using Aeries Portal Login

Your username email is your student ID # (example:

Click on sign in with Google, then click Next 

Your password is your network login ID used to get on the computers at school. If you do not know your network login ID, please see Mary Russell in the Learning Resource Center (LRC).   

  • Step #3: Click on the Grades tab, then click on Transcripts  
  • Step #4: Print your unofficial transcript   

It can be used for your teacher/counselor college packet or anything else requiring an unofficial transcript.
